How to populate Recent Places list when Saving?

Hi:

Is there any way to script the insertion of a folder into the Recent Places area of the drop-down when doing a Save As… ? I looked at some plist files but didn’t see any likely suspects.

Hi:

OK, Plan B… Can anyone tell me if it is even possible to populate the Recent Places dropdown list used in Save dialogs via script?
