Droplet to Convert MP3 to AIFF

Is there a script anywhere out there that will create a droplet to convert a folder full of mp3 files to AIFFs?

Re: Droplet to Convert MP3 to AIFF

You can probably do this by scripting QuickTime. Check out the new QT scripts on Apple's Applescript page ('Open & Export as Hinted Movie' could be modified to do this or 'Re: QT EXPORT DROPLET (wrapped)', that I posted on BBS, could also be modified).
If not QT then the great sound converter program SoundApp. It is very scriptable and has an excellent dictionary (though I haven't tried what your requesting).
