can fscommand affected for SE 2.0 beta v36 scripts?

i have created my few scripts with SE 1.9 for my flash application which uses fscommand for for calling mac scripts.

it was working properly. but when i created the same script & saved as application in SE 2.0 beta v36, i was able to run as a standalone application from Mac. but when i called the same thro’ an fscommand, the application is not getting opened.

is this a limitation of SE2.0 beta v36 ? plz help
