I have done some searching through this bbs but I haven’t come up with anything that is related to what I want to do, which is:
attach a folder action to a PC folder so that whenever a new file is added to that folder, I will be alerted on my machine. I have an alias of the folder on my desktop and I have mounted the hard drive containing the folder. I am running OS X 10.2.8. I don’t know what version of Windows is running on the other machine. (The folder in question is a queue for incoming faxes. I would like to be notified when a fax has been received.)
