How to use Tortoise Suite Power Manager extension?

Newbie here.

Want to script my mac to wake up certain times. Tortoise Suite Power Manager
implies I can do this via the wakeupTime command it defines.

Can’t get it to work.

Put the extension in Script Extensions folder, can open its dictionary in
Script Editor ok – this means it’s installed, right?

I try

set the wtime to wakeupTime

but get
“The variable wakeupTime is not defined.” error.

Help?
