Turning applescript on/off from command line/osascript?

Anyone know how to accomplish this? For some reason I have to turn it off and then back on on some of my client machines to make printers show up (network problem I believe). I’d love to be able to use ARD to “Run and open” an Applescript, or even just SSH into the machine and run it from the command line. Any ideas?

Umm, you can’t turn off AppleScript. What is is you’re trying to achieve?

Maybe you mean “turn off AppleShare”, not AppleScript?

If so, you may be able to do this from the command line. You can also search here for how people have opened System Preferences to a specific panel, and then used GUI Scripting (ugh!) to click the button.

Doh! Freudian slip. I meant turn off Appletalk, not Applescript. Stupid forum name and long day work… :?
