Folder Action - Moving files to a network volume

Hi all!
I’m trying to create a simple folder action script that will copy items added to a folder by my scanning software to a networked volume and then delete them. The folder on the networked volume will automatically display the scans on a simple webpage so anyone on the local network can access them.

I’m having trouble getting out of the gate on this one, though. I’ve adapted the script from other “add” folder actions that work, but it doesn’t do what I want it to. In fact, nothing at all happens.

What boneheaded thing am I doing wrong?
