.olk15MsgAttachment files - Outlook 2016 - Base64

Hi, Outlook 2016 removed the “Save Attachments” rule. (They can’t figure out sandboxing, I guess. Too hard.) In Outlook 2011, I could apply the rule to incoming messages, saving to a folder, and then move them around the file system using Applescript Folder Actions. No more.

There seems to be a .olk15MsgAttachment file created for each attachment, however. Apparently, from what I’ve read, it’s a Base64 encoded file.

Is there any Applescript way to reliably decode these files to their original formats (jpg, pdf, docx, etc)? Looking at the files in TextEdit, there might be an extraneous header and/or footer. I’ve tried chopping it up in various ways, but for example Preview won’t open any presumable image files. Any help is appreciated!
