Need historic AppleScript Release Notes

Does MacScripter have a repository for historic AppleScript Release Notes? Or perhaps Apple? Or another web site?

Why ask? Well, I haven’t used AppleScript for a while (couple of years), but now I’m back and I wonder how my scripts are going to stay compatible with ealier versions of the language, since I don’t know what changes have occurred to AppleScript over time.

The only documentation I can find is the aging AppleScript 1.3.7 Language Guide from 1999 and the current AppleScript 1.9.2 Release Notes.

What about language changes in between? I’m sure there must be a listing somewhere, right? Some kind poster will fill me in?

The applescript-talk mailing list also pointed out that Apple does maintain a listing of historic release notes, and at a very easy to find address:
