I’ve got an interesting issue, currently I have a link that is telnet://username@password:ipaddress. I had originally used mozex to intercept telnet links and pass to an applescript wrapper that calls a python script used to ssh to servers with that information. unfortunately now mozex doesn’t work with firefox 1.0. I’m wondering how I can intercept telnet links now without firefox, currently clicking on it calls terminal which trys to telnet. what options do i have available to change that to call my original applescript. i’d also like to eventually set it up to call remote desktop and pass the password/username information as well.
any ideas would be appreciated.
