Is it possible to tell applescript to login to a network volume using the login name and password of the current os x user (local) ?!?!?

Only if you know the current user’s password.
As a security measure, there’s no way for you to find the current user’s password from the system. The closest you can get is to ask the user for their password and use that in a ‘mount volume’ command, trapping errors in case the user typoed their password.
