I built a script to do a very repetitive font-centered formatting chore in Appleworks 6. When I run the script from the Script Editor window it runs clean and fast. When I save it as an application, and run it by double-clicking its icon, it runs dead slow - at least TEN TIMES slower; and that is no exageration. What is the problem…?
Any help you can give would be appreciated.
