Changing the background color of a cell in Excel

Hey, I’m using a script to decide whether the contents of a cell are greater than or less than zero. If the number is greater than zero, the number inside the cell should turn green. If the number is less than zero, the number should turn red. Can anybody help me with this?

You can have Excel do that for you. Under the Format menu, choose AutoFormat.

You cant do that in autoformat, you have to use conditional formatting. And with conditional formatting, you can only have 3 conditions. Anybody else have a better solution to the problem?
