I’m quite sure that when I used this script before in its other form that the origin was bottom left. Now the origin seems to be upper left. I must be mixing things up with some else’s post. Yeah maybe it was DJ’s script that used bottom left as the origin.

No – you are correct. I changed the origin here to match the OP’s requirements. That’s what this line does:

   set y1 to oldHeight - newHeight - y1
