Question: xCode, iWork...

With the knowledge that latest iWork do not run on Mojave platform.

Is the issue related to the latest xcode from Apple ??.

Could an older iWork app import document from the latest version of iWork apps ??.

In the App Store there are apps that only could be installed from Catalina 10.15.
And some application from my understanding its not a technology or feature issue of
the main (most advanced operating system) macOS.

And the difference between Numbers 10.1 and 10.2 is not much.
Its not that iWork are so advance it will not be able to run on Mojave. Apple have done it
before and here we are again. Innovation kill old technology and ideas but its the workflow
we choose that succeed not the innovation itself.

Its very difficult to innovate great things and still people believe they have.

Try onlyoffice or libreoffice. Libreoffice supports Javascript. Onlyoffice is so easy to use that you don’t need to Script anything
Or Macjournal, which is highly Apple scriptable.
For some undefined reason I never believed in the iwork suite…
