Old Calendar Events Don't Run 1st Time After Update To 10.10.3

I have a number of Automator Scripts which are really Apple Scripts created as calendar events. These usually run in the middle of the night.

After updating to 10.10.3 when I log into my computer in the morning, there is an alert that says something like “The application ABC is running for the first time, do you want to allow.” I click Allow and it runs.

At first I assumed that after the 10.10.3 update the scripts were quarantined; however, in checking the extended attributes for those that had not yet run they WERE NOT QUARANTINED.

The only way to resolve this issue was to recreate the scripts again using Automator.

Anyone have any ideas on why this occurs? Also, where is this first run attribute kept since it does not appear in the extended attributes?

Thanks
