I’m on OS X 10.13, running Microsoft Outlook 2019. I would like to have Outlook export some data every night (on a schedule). What’s the best way to have Automator (or other - Applescript?) either 1) directly access the function if Outlook exposes it for scripting (how do I find out?), or 2) mimic the specific mouse clicks off the dropdown menu to do it. I’ve never used Automator; what’s the best path here?
