Add Xcode Build Phase and framework

Hi, is it possible to add a “Copy FIles” build phase that copies to the Frameworks folder, add a Framework to the Linked Frameworks folder and add the same framework to the copy files build phase using AppleScript ?

Pretty much all of my Xcode Projects have 1 target.

Model: MacBook Pro
AppleScript: 2.1.2
Browser: Rockmelt
Operating System: Mac OS X (10.6)
