ASObjC Runner.app is a simple scriptable background application for running AppleScriptObjC code. Using it, you can run scripts that include AppleScriptObjC code from script menus/panels/launchers. You can also use it to include snippets of AppleScriptObjC in otherwise “vanilla” AppleScript scripts, and to add custom dialogs to your scripts and script applications.

Feedback appreciated…
Wow that’s most excellent. I haven’t even tried it yet but that’s a great idea. You’re really on a roll lately!
Thanks.
It sure is nice to have custom dialogs in scripts run from script menus…
FYI, a new version (1.0.2) is available with more sample code. The only change in functionality is that it now accepts strings as alternatives to script objects.
Version 1.0.5 is now available. A few tweaks, great icon, more samples, and a new parameter, converting, that auto-converts passed parameters between many AS and Cocoa classes.
Did I mention it’s also free?
Version 1.1.0 is now available. It includes several localizations, more frameworks, and the ability to check for and install updates. See www.macosxautomation.com/applescript/apps/runner.html for details.
