Apple Script reading notification from notification center

I am wondering if it would be a way to make an Apple Script read a new notification from notification center? Such as Siri can do with some notifications.

on another note, Is there a way to make an apple script that makes the computer notify me each time a new notification comes up? If there isn’t something already built into Mountain Lion that allows me to do that?

How do you want to be notified that you’ve been notified?

Edited: also, how do you have Notifications set to notify you?
