AppleScript Header Files

Is it possible to make “AppleScript header files”. Header files written in applescript, that make applescript commands? Like a global function that is stored in a script file? And is it possible to make Scripting Additions (OSAX) using Applescript in xCode 2.0 ?

I think the answer is NO. I think all these things are C stuff. The more similar function would be creating a library containing “handlers”, which are in fact something as “user-defined commands”.
