Hi all! My wife - not a computer whiz by any means - has demanded a level of simplicity that has pushed me into learning Applescript.
So- I’m trying to plow through AppleScript 4 Absolute Starters. Generally it seems straightforward, but so far many of the exercises (i.e. returning lists, coercing numbers and strings) seem pointless. Does it get better? Is there a source for simple tutorials that start with useful scripts and builds from there?
And specifically - how does one select which button a script should “click” on?
