applet requires that you type your password?

If I compile this code as an application bundle, I get the following prompt:
applet requires that you type your password.
Is there any way to change the word ‘applet’ to the name of the AppleScript.

do shell script "" with administrator privileges

That didn’t happen to me. It gave the name I saved it as in the dialog box.

My only other thought is you might try modifying the info.plist file. Show package contents on the app and you’ll find it. I didn’t try it but there may be something you can mess with in there.
