Automatic execution of applescript on download from a web page

We have a dynamically generated applescript that downloads (from a trusted source) on local mac whenever user click on a webpage . Our requirement is to
that on download to local Mac, this applescript should exeute automatically calling another application .Is there any way this can be done?
