Automator: How do I restructure the contents of a folder

Hi

I’m hoping to get help with a workflow I have put together using Automator. I don’t know how to use AppleScript and am relying heavily on the pre-defined actions that Automator has built into it.

I apologise in advance if I have my terminology mixed up or if processes are not referenced correctly.
I am shiny new to this.

I would like to restructure a folder containing sub folders and documents:

By restructure I mean I would like to perform the following :

1 - Rename the [ INPUT FOLDER ]
2 - Rename x2 sub folders (with specific names)
3 - Create x2 new folders (with specific names)
4 - Move x1 document to the trash
5 - Move x1 document to ‘New Folder 01’

Here is the folder I would like to restructure :

[ INPUT FOLDER ]

Here is the desired result:

[ OUTPUT FOLDER ]

Please NOTE
The Automator service I am trying to create will be used on folders in different locations of a server.

I can achieve the result of the [ OUTPUT FOLDER ] if I use a 3 stage workflow as follows:

This means that I would right click my folder and select ‘Service - Stage 1’. Wait for that workflow to complete then right click and select ‘Service - Stage 2’. Wait for that workflow to complete then right click and select ‘Service - Stage 3’. I then have my desired result but this is still time consuming so I would like to just select 1 workflow / service to do all this.

Here are my saved workflows (they are saved as services) :

STAGE 1

STAGE 2

STAGE 3

Ok so how do I combine these x3 saved services into one service.

I have tried creating a new service and inserting the x3 workflows above to run in sequence (1 after the other) but that wont work.

Ok I hope that was easy to follow.

This dilemma is causing me a major headache and any help would be hugely appreciated.

Many thanks
