I’m trying to use automator to find then print a batch of InDesign CS2 files. Problem is IDCS2 saves printer preferences for each file and my office has a network of several printers. Automator can’t seem to override this file preference and instead of printing to the printer selected in the workflow it defaults to the last printer used for each IDCS2 file. So you can have printouts spitting out all over the office (fun).
Thoughts??
