The Shortcuts app saves all shortcuts in an SQL database. The following shortcut saves an individual copy of every shortcut in a backup folder, and, before doing so, deletes all shortcuts in the backup folder. The saved shortcuts are easily restored, but only one at a time.
It should be noted that the Save action has an Overwrite if File Exists option, but enabling this option when the backup folder is on an external drive causes the shortcut to fail on my Sonoma computer.
