hai , i am new to apple script . No doubt it is very useful language for the automation of applications of mac systems . Can any one suggest good books having with good examples particulary for scripting of the applications Omnioutliner Professional , Omnigraffle Professional , excel , and other application with examples and giving the more emphasis on the apple dictionary.

O’Reilly’s Applescript in a Nutshell was the book I started out with before I found these forums. It’s a really well written book, but there’s no substitute for the cumulative experience of real people.
