Can ASObj-C do a lot Applescript things

I have written about 80 Applescripts for my work. Most if it involves making folders, mounting servers, moving desktop icons, naming an re-naming files and folders, and moving files and folders to mounted servers.

Can I do the same thing in ASOC. I learned scripting mostly from the Hanaan Rosenthal Book. Where would I learn ASOC.

You can do most of that – you can actually still use “normal” AppleScript as part of ASObjC code. I suppose the question is, what do you hope to achieve?

And the book in my sig below is the only one on the topic that I know of.
