Can I Affect the Bluetooth File Transfer Window?

When sending a photo to my mac from my phone there is a window which appears detailing the progress of the upload. “Incoming File Transfer Window.”

Is there a way I can either stop this window from appearing or control whereabouts on the screen it appears?

It is apparently the Obex agent window.

Is there anyway that I can trigger a script as and when this window appears
i.e when there is an incoming file?

So if there is an incoming Bluetooth file I can either move or hide the window?
