Can I script QuarkXPress 6 master pages

I am trying to write a script that creates a new document and configures the master page based on user specifications.

I have tried many combinations to add an image box, text box or just view the master page but I keep getting errors

Is it even possible to script the master page?

See this post I put here only the other day you can see you can use both default doc and master pages to create a new document.
