Can the trash icon bounce?

Hi, I am trying to make an applescript to bounce any icon in the dock! but if this can be done, can it be done with the trash icon? any idea?

I expect that there’s a core service to do that and that it might be reachable using Objective-C, but it is not possible with vanilla AppleScript or a bash shell script.

Not for anything other than a application’s icon.
