change the location of dialog box on the screen ?

is there a way to change the default location of dialog box (or choose from list box) on the screen?

choose file
choose folder
choose file name
have all a default location parameter

choose from list
has a default items parameter

i meant default location ON SCREEN as in where it appears. I want it to appear on the side of the screen instead of the center.

I don’t think so, at least there is no command or parameter
