Compress multiple sources in .zip using ditto

Hi,

I would like to know id is possible to cimpress multiple files and folders in ine single zip using do shell script and ditto.
If this is possible what’s the syntax?

Sorry Stefan. You are right.
But for handle this, all files/folders ae copied in a temp dir. Do you think the Finder use the same method when you select some files and choose from the File menu to create one single zip?

Or there is same way to pass do ditto command multiple sources. Seems that ditto handle only one source at time.

I think, the Finder uses just the zip command or some equivalent

I don’t think so, the main purpose of ditto is to copy files, the create and extract function is secondary
