Copy a few messages, then run a web script.

Okay, here’s a special one for you:

I want to move 5 email messages from one IMAP Account (BMTGRAD mail) in folder “Sorted” to folder “INBOX”, then run a web script. wait 30 seconds while the web script runs, then move the next 5 messages, run the script, etc. Keep doing this until there are no messages.

Possible? If so, can the script be set to actually recurse the subdirectories below “SORTED” to do the work?

I don’t have time to write the script for you but take a look at the Mail dictionary. It should tell you everything you need to know.
