Copy Defined Sub Folders and Contents and Keep Parent Folder name

So I"m totally a newb, so I apologize… Here’s what I want to do:

I want to build a workflow that I could simply right click and initialize for a folder that would do the following things See screenshot attached. This is for archiving purposes:

-Copy specific sub-folders and contents. In this case. “QT Final”, “QT Final Clean” “Project Files” and “Compressed Finals” Leave all other folders and not copy them…
-Copy the files to a network drive (Drobo)
-Create new folder with parent name. In the screenshot, “ARF-OnlineSurveyBestPractices-062413”. On the network drive
-Place contents in the appropriate year folder (2013) on the network drive.

Can anyone give me some tips on how to get this off the ground? This folder structure is a template. So it will work once it’s written for all future projects. Thanks for for any info!!
