Copy photos from iphoto trash

Hi,
it is possible to copy photos from an album to another using applescript like this:

add photos of album "foo" to new album name "bar"

but it seems to be impossible to do the same from the trash album:

add photos of trash album to new album name "foobar"

How do I access the photos in the iPhoto trash? Is it possible to restore them back into the main iPhoto Library and then assign them to a new album? Or, are the photos in the iPhoto trash locked there?

I cannot discover any method to remove a photo from the iPhoto trash via AppleScript.

You can accomplish that in iPhoto by Ctrl-clicking the photo you wish to recover (while browsing inside the iPhoto Trash Album) and selecting the Put Back option.
