Create Folders based on Email Content

I have tried figuring this out, but as I am a noob at applescript I thought I would try my luck here.

A few times a day I have an email sent that will always have the subject “Info for Script” and will contain one line of text in this format: “Full Name_Project Title_RequestID”. I would like to take the content from the email and create a folder on my desktop using that line of text. Ideally, I would like this to automatically happen every time a new email comes in. How would I go about doing this?
