Custom Image for Toolbar Button

I’m making a toolbar in Interface Builder, how do I add a custom image to replace the blue question mark?

Just drag the image toolbar item into the allowed toolbar items, then click it and set its image in the inspector.

That isn’t working for me. Also, when I launch the program the buttons are greyed out. What am I missing?

Oh, I dragged the image to my project, and added it there. Now when I reference it in Interface Editor it works out. Thanks!
