What i am looking for is a way to delay a function by a certain amount of time but allow the rest of the application to keep running,
Is there anyway to do this?

What goal are you trying to accomplish?
Im trying to add a function in MultiAlarm so when the alarm is set off the user has a specified amount of time till the alarm sounds and the alarm starts its other functions, this is ment to allow users to disarm before it goes off
Was this ever resolved? Or does anyone know how to do this?
