droplet for renaming files & folders

I need some help with this:
A droplet that changes names of folder & subfolder and files

  1. drop the main folder
  2. dialog with the ability to put a new name

example: folder 000000_name1:000000_name2:000000_name3.indd → 111111_name1:111111_name2:111111_name3.indd

The script has to replace the text before the first underscore with the one typed in the dialog
