Here’s one that’s driving me nuts. I’ve got a document with over 1300 pages with all elements (text and picture boxes) grouped. I need to get the contents of each page over onto a 8-up press sheet (template’s already created). The problem I’m having is I can’t figure out the proper syntax to select all the items on one page of the orginal document and duplicate them to the other document. I’ve tried setting the property "selected’ of every generic box to true. I’ve tried setting the tool mode to drag mode and setting selection of generic box 1 to true. I’ve tried all of the above with “every” box, “first” box and “generic box 1” with no good result. When I try to run these, I get “Can’t make some data into the selected type”. I’m running Mac OS 9.2.2 and QXP 4.11. Is this something so obvious that I can’t see it?
