Error -36 in Finder

Would anyone know the meaning of an error -36 in Finder.

I am performing a “duplicate” function and I’ve got that error.

-36 is not listed in http://developer.apple.com/mac/library/documentation/AppleScript/Conceptual/AppleScriptLangGuide/reference/ASLR_error_codes.html

35, 37, 38 are but not 36.
