Hi Scripters,
Does anyone have any knowledge of reading EXIF data from images and converting certain fields into IPTC data using the IPTC custom fields. I would like to extract EXIF data like shutter speed, aperture etc and place the data into IPTC custom fields to display on the web. I already have software running on the server that will display the data. I basically need to capture the EXIF data of an image convert each item into a variable then write the desired EXIF fields into the IPTC data of the same image.
I have seen some of the script related to EXIF and the EXIF OSAX and a post on using Graphi Converter to read/write IPTC info but I need to tie the two together.
Any thoughts O’guru’s of scripting?
