Hello FMP Scripters,
I am trying to figure out how to print the current layout of the current database to a postscript file. The part that I am having difficulty figuring out is the “print to a postscript file” part.
any information would be greatly appreciated,

there is nothing in the dictionary to print to postscript file however you could make a script step to print the current record or records being browsed however it doesn’t allow you to dynamic change the name of the output.
you can run the script step form Applescript then rename the resulting file from the finder in your script you could also make a PDF this sme wa
