FileMaker Pro- Open file from specific folder

I’m trying to remember how to do this.
In FileMaker Pro, I want to be able to choose a file from a folder whose name and path is parsed from data in the record. In other words, I want a dialog box that opens to a folder that is buried deep in a mounted server volume, so that the operator doesn’t have to dig down deep and possibly pick a file from an incorrect folder. Any ideas?

Since you know the folder, you could list folder and present the list of files in a choose from list and have them pick which one. Doing it this way you could also pre-filter the list to only files with certain extensions, etc.

Or talk the Finder into making an alias of the folder in an easily accessible place.
