find and replace

I know there are a bunch of threads but I’m not sure which one is the right one for my needs

I need to find and replace the following items in a text file without thirdparty software (no textrangler, bbedit etc…)

1. qutoe marks to space
2. space & tab with just tab
   3 double space to single space
   4 /0/ to //

if someone could point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it
