Find Deleted Files?

Hi Folks,

I have deleted my applescript File from my application by fault - is it possible to bring this file back (it is not in the trash…)?

well you could try to rescue it with “data Rescue2” or “File Salvage”, wich you could freely use since the file you lost is under 5mb…
i don’t know if you can download it from apple.com…

I’ve used file salvage, works great but takes a LOOOOOOOONG time to run… be ready!

Hi Mickey-San,

thanks for your hints - I make my backups recently - the 2 day/old backup is on my powerbook which is on the way to poland because it has been stolen yesterday out of my car… :frowning:

I wanted to delete some files in my package and faulty deleted not only the 4 selected but also the applescript file…

I hope FileSalvage can help…
