Finder Window - Automatically open upon flash drive mount.

Hello All,

Problem I am trying to solve:
When plugging a Flash drive into a Mac computer I need the root finder window of that Flash drive to automatically open with icon view. The finder window also needs to have a background picture (basically I am trying to mimic what most CD install disks do)

I was wondering if my problem could be solved with Applescript (or do I need another solution?)

Any information would be greatly appreciated,
