Get Audio file duration using applescript?

Hello

I’d like to be able to provide a file path and via applescript, determine the duration of the file, similar to the duration I get when I do a “Get Info” on a file. I want to use that duration to perform some other applescript routines.

Hi,

If somebody could help you, then you might want to provide more information. What kind of audio files? What application? iTunes? How do you provide the path?
